Making sure that your home is well looked after is a key priority for us, so it’s important that you let us know if anything goes wrong. Some repairs are our responsibility as the landlord and some are your responsibility.
If you are vulnerable, elderly or disabled and are unable to carry out these repairs for yourself, do you have a relative, friend or neighbour who could help you? Yes. If you do wish to call us, our repairs line is open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and all non-emergency repairs are dealt with within these hours. Mondays (or Tuesdays after a Bank Holiday) and most mornings are the busiest time for our repairs line, so if your call can wait try ringing after 2pm.
Leaseholders, please check the terms of your lease or repairs obligation documentation before reporting a repair to your home.
If the repair is caused by something you or your family / friends do, then you will be responsible to arrange and pay for these repairs.
