What is the issue?

Making sure that your home is well looked after is a key priority for us, so it’s important that you let us know if anything goes wrong. Some repairs are our responsibility as the landlord and some are your responsibility.

I know the work is my responsibility, but what if I can’t do it?
If you are vulnerable, elderly or disabled and are unable to carry out these repairs for yourself, do you have a relative, friend or neighbour who could help you? This way you may be able to get your problem fixed more quickly. If not, fill out the repair form and we will make an appointment when we have an available slot.Repairs form
Can I report a repair over the phone?
Yes. If you do wish to call us, our repairs line is open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and all non-emergency repairs are dealt with within these hours. Mondays (or Tuesdays after a Bank Holiday) and most mornings are the busiest time for our repairs line, so if your call can wait try ringing after 2pm.
How do I report a repair if I am a Leaseholder?
Leaseholders, please check the terms of your lease or repairs obligation documentation before reporting a repair to your home.
Can I still report a repair if the damage has been caused by me or a friend/family member?
If the repair is caused by something you or your family / friends do, then you will be responsible to arrange and pay for these repairs.
