Out of hours heating service
Outside normal working hours (8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday) our teams will attend an emergency only (an emergency is usually where there is a risk to safety or a risk of extensive damage to the property)
I know the work is my responsibility, but what if I can’t do it?
Can I report a repair over the phone?
Yes. If you do wish to call us, our repairs line is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and all non-emergency repairs are dealt with within these hours. Mondays (or Tuesdays after a Bank Holiday) and most mornings are the busiest time for our repairs line, so if your call can wait try ringing after 2pm.
