Become a Graduate Trainee with the no 1 housing organisation to work for in Wales and kickstart your career into your new chosen profession.
Our trainee programme will provide you with the technical know-how, whilst building your leadership skills, you will be supported by your manager to undertake real life work and projects to make a real difference to people’s lives, homes and communities. At the same time, you’ll get the responsibility and experience you require to make your mark on us.
And once you’ve completed your trainee programme, you might even be offered a job but if not, you’ll have a wealth of experience to take you to the next stage of your career.
