Future Developments

Our ambition is to build more homes to help tackle the shortage of affordable housing in Wales.

We’re building more homes than ever before – the types of homes people want to live in, in the areas they want to live. In many areas we are working towards carbon neutral in materials and construction, resulting in near zero energy consumption in occupation.
