Ynglŷn â’r datblygiad hwn

Rydym yn gweithio i ailddatblygu safle hen Ysbyty Aberteifi fel y porth i’r dref er mwyn dwyn cartrefi ecogyfeillgar a swyddfeydd newydd i’r ardal.

Cedwir y Priordy hanesyddol fel adeilad amlwg y datblygiad newydd o 34 o fflatiau ecogyfeillgar sy’n defnyddio ynni mewn ffordd effeithlon, a fydd ar gael am rhent fforddiadwy i bobl leol.  Bydd yr ailddatblygiad yn creu caffi cymunedol yn y Priordy hefyd, ynghyd â llwybrau a gerddi cyhoeddus ar y safle, wrth ymyl swyddfeydd ar gyfer ein staff, gan gynnwys safle rhanbarthol ar gyfer ein cwmni cynnal a chadw mewnol, Gwasanaethau Cynnal a Chadw Cambria.

What does the area have to offer?

The ancient town of Cardigan sits on the estuary of the River Teifi. At the gateway to the Teifi Valley and the Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire Coastal Paths, it is a popular place for tourists.

The site close to the town centre, where there are a variety of local services including a good selection of shops including the Grade II listed Guildhall Market, sports facilities and places of worship including the neighbouring St Mary’s Church.

Cardigan is also home to one of Wales’ best wetland wildlife areas at the Teifi Marshes.

When completed these properties will be allocated via the Ceredigion County Council housing register. They will be rented through Ceredigion County Council’s housing register to predominantly older local people and those who could benefit from easy access and supportive homes.
