About this development
Welcome to the consultation page for the proposed redevelopment of land at Kingsley Circle Community Centre in Wrexham.
We are proposing to demolish the existing community centre at Eaton Drive and build 19 apartments in its place. This will feature a mix of one and two bed apartments, including supported accommodation.
The community centre has been closed for a number of years and the plans will regenerate the site, bringing it back into use to provide much-needed affordable homes for the area.
We are now welcoming comments on the proposed development prior to the submission of a planning application.
