About this development

We are working to redevelop the former Cardigan Hospital site at the gateway to the town to bring eco-friendly homes and new offices to the area.

The historic Priory House is being kept as the focal point of the new development of 34 eco-friendly, energy-efficient apartments for affordable rent for local people. The redevelopment will also create a community café in the Priory House and public gardens and walkways in the grounds alongside office space for our staff including a regional base for our in-house maintenance company Cambria Maintenance Services.

We are working with our long-term construction partner T Richard Jones (Betws) Ltd to bring this exciting new development to the town.

Work started on site in December 2021 and is due for completion by the end of 2023.
