How to use: MVHR Unit

A MVHR unit is fitted in your home, usually in a cupboard or attic.

It is always on, running quietly in the background.

The system takes stale air, odours, and moisture out through vents fitted in the kitchen and bathroom ceilings.

It creates a healthier living environment by recycling warm, moist air, helping to stop moisture build-up and prevent condensation which could cause mould.

It turns on automatically with the bathroom light and there is a boost switch located in the kitchen or living room, which you should turn on when cooking or using a tumble dryer.

It might stay on for some time after you switch it off, usually until all the excess moisture is cleared.
