Glan y Môr is a development of 54 homes for affordable rent in the coastal town of Colwyn Bay in North Wales.
Construction of the development is being led by Castlemead Group and is scheduled to be completed in March 2027.
Glan y Môr will be made up of 46 x one bed apartments and 8 x two bed apartments.
The homes are being built to highest energy efficiency standards with:
