Cwrt Dwy Erw
Brecon, Powys

Cwrt Dwy Erw is a development of 66 self-contained apartments in the heart of Brecon, the gateway to the Brecon Beacons National Park.

The scheme is under construction on the site of a former car sales showroom on Free Street, adjacent to the town’s bus station.

Cwrt Dwy Erw is being built by principal contractor Hale Group and will have many of the facilities similar to our existing schemes in Newtown, Aberystwyth, Holywell, Prestatyn, Mold and Penarth.

The development is a partnership between Wales & West Housing, Powys County Council and Welsh Government.
