As part of our Community Conversations our operations staff have been meeting residents across Wales.
From Powys to Penarth, Cardiff to Ceredigion and Bridgend to Barracksfield, dozens of conversations have been taking place. It’s a chance for us to hear what you have to say about your home and community and for you to get involved in shaping the things that matter to you.
With many more planned for the coming months, there’s more opportunities to have your say.

Time for Penarth gardeners to ask questions
The communal gardens was one of the many topics of conversation, when our team visited residents at Oak Court retirement scheme in Penarth.
As part of our Community Conversations, staff spent an afternoon in April at the Vale of Glamorgan scheme listening to the views of the residents who live there.
Talking to residents in Tongwynlais
Our teams have been out and about talking to residents in South Wales as part of our ongoing Community Conversations.
In April we visited residents at Catherine Drive estate, Tongwynlais. Set in the shadow of the historic Castell Coch, the scheme is home to more than 100 families and individuals.
Taking our Community Conversations to Ceredigion
In January we held a successful Community Conversation at Gwar Y Garth, Penrhyncoch, near Aberystwyth, where operational and development staff visited residents in their new homes, a year after they moved in.
