Work is underway to build 237 new homes across North Wales. 

Our long-term construction partners, Castlemead Group Ltd, are on site in Wrexham and Abergele. 

At Wynnstay Technology Park in Wrexham, 43 homes are starting to take shape and will be ready for residents to rent next year.

Castlemead Group are also on site at Eaton Drive, building 12 apartments for affordable rent and supported living accommodation. In nearby Llay, the redevelopment of the old block of flats at Cwrt Pentwmpath is well underway. 

The first residents are expected to move into Llys Onnen in Abergele later this year. Construction of 43 apartments for the over 55s is now at an advanced stage at the site of a former care home. 

Installation of timber frames is set to be the next major milestone at Glan y Môr, where 54 homes are being built for the local community in Colwyn Bay. The development, situated on Bay View Road, is scheduled for completion by early 2027. 

Work will soon be starting on a new development at Bodelwyddan. Maes Ysgubor will be situated off Bryn Morfa, close to Glan Clwyd hospital. It will be a 31-home development made up of six one bed flats, 19 two, three and four bed houses plus six one and two bed bungalows.
