Getting involved is easy

What is resident participation?

You have a right to be involved and we consider it our duty to do what we can to help you.  We’ve designed ways to help you set up residents groups, to give us your views, ask questions and challenge us when you think things can be done better.  This is called resident participation or getting involved.

We use your views to improve our services. We are always trying to improve so it’s really important for you to tell us your views of our services – good or bad – we really do want to know.

We want to hear from all our residents so we try to make it as easy as possible for you to get involved.  If you are finding it difficult to get involved in the way you want, please let us know.
