WWH resident, Jordan Howe of St Mellons in Cardiff, had everyone at WWH on the edge of their seat during the Paralympics when he stormed through to the 100m track final.
16 year old Jordan finished an impressive 7th position but unfortunately had to withdraw from the 200m because of injury.
If having one resident competing against the world's elite wasn't enough, WWH were delighted to see Brecon resident Rob Davies chosen to represent Team GB in the men's table tennis.
Everybody at Wales & West would like to congratulate Jordan and Rob in their fantastic triumphs.
